propter hoc dabit Dominus ipse vobis signum
ecce virgo concipiet et pariet filium et vocabitis nomen eius Emmanuhel
quod est interpretatum Nobiscum Deus
And He shall save His people from their sins; Immanuel.

Translation

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign;
Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel,
Which being interpreted is “God with us.”
And He shall save His people from their sins; Immanuel.
